L: TJ's chili lime burger (ate about 3/4 of it) with pepperjack cheese, 4 baked sweet potato fries, and a small arugula salad
S: cojack cheese stick and turkey pepperoni

D: rolled chicken breasts stuffed with asparagus and goat cheese in a red pepper sauce (new recipe) with a side of some kind of veg
S: possibly a small scoop of edy's slow churned ice cream, we shall see if I even feel like it

S: heirloom tomato, cucumber and olive salad dressed with a feta cheese dressing
D: Tilapia in mango chutney mustard sauce
S: unlimited veggie spears (cucumbers, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes) with one tablespoon of baba ganoush, one tablespoon hummus, and tzatziki sauce made with Greek yogurt, lemon, dill, kosher salt and mint. The sauces are one tablespoon each, pre-measured on a pretty plate, the veggies are "free".

Trying to recover from the brownies because saturday is my grandsons 1st birthday and I want to enjoy some treats with family then...not now!

Now that the kink is gone from my tummy, I find that my larger sleeve has more capacity than I'd like I just need to be extra vigilant.
