S:  Scrambled Eggs; Turkey Bacon
L:  Creamy Spicy Mexican Chicken Soup
S:  Boiled Egg
S:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Vanilla Protein; CarbMaster Yogurt)
D:  Talapia; Cabbage

Water:  9 cups and growing
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Nope pulled my IT Band so resting =(

Trying to get back on the horse and struggling with night time grazing.

L: 2 hot dogs with chili and cheese, no buns
D: 2 cups mixed green salad with 1 can of tuna, 1 hard boiled egg, and blue cheese dressing

Breakfast: Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Lunch:  Deviled eggs

Dinner:  Salmon and roasted cauliflower - new recipe - should be good!

Snack - Chicken broth with protein powder if I need it!

Vitamins - done

Water - 2 of 6 -  I better get to sipping!

Exercise -recumbent bike

B:  ½ Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Greek Yogurt

L:  2oz Grilled Chicken in White Wine Lemon Sauce with 0.5oz String Beans (Went to an Italian restaurant for lunch and still was able to eat healthy.  I just ordered what I wanted without the pasta and added veggies.)

S:  ½ Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Greek Yogurt and ½ Banana

D:  2oz Curry Chicken

S:  Premier Chocolate Protein Shake and 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla

Water:  3 glasses so far (I have to get some more water in before my workout later)

Exercise:  45 minutes strength training and cardio with personal trainer
