6 weeks post op & NSV

So yesterday was 6 weeks post surgery and I started a Fit Camp. My NSV is that I didn't die or even cry at the camp! :D

We ran/walked (I mostly walked) a mile and my time was 16:21.

I did 20 situps in a minute and 32 pushups in a minute.

So we'll work out together 3 times a week for an hour and then redo the mile/situps/pushups in 4 weeks to see how much improvement we make.

I wasn't thrilled with my numbers but I can't wait to see what they'll look like in 4 weeks!

Already doing things I never thought I could or wold do...Loving my sleeve!
