a loss on vacation!
Hi all!
I just returned from a week long trip to Disney World and it was fabulous! Lots of NSV's and an SV as well! I made the conscious decision to eat under my sleeve but to eat what I wanted, with the goal of getting at least 60 grams of protein in. This included things I would never eat normally. Of course, being at WDW I also walked about 8 miles every day. The scale victory was a 2.5 loss! Pretty good considering getting enough h20 while enduring very hot and humid days was virtually impossible. AND enjoying bites of my families "treats". My biggest NSV came our last day. We had four hours to do what we wanted before the plane. So, we challenged ourselves to go to all 4 major parks and ride one attraction. This included A LOT of power walking/jogging, dodging the crowds, and long walks between our car and park entrances. And......we did it!!! Those of you that have been to WDW will know how challenging that is. It was great. I feel great. and I am so thankful that I made this change in my life!

That is SO awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's great to know that we can lose weight on vacation while eating things we wouldn't normally eat. I'm going to the Philippines in November and I was worried about that. Again congrats on your loss on vacation.
