I waited until the scale read 168.0...and it did today! At 5'3" and 168 lbs. I am no longer obese; I am overweight

I can't even remember the last time I weighed this amount but I know it had to be around my mid-20's. That's a good 25 years ago (dang I'm old!).

Just a wee bit excited about this - lol!
