L - salad shrimp, ****tail sauce, couple bites of avocado
S - 6 pieces turkey sausage
D - 1/2 Quest protein bar (teaching a class tonight and have to eat on the run)

Exercise: Kettlebell routine this morning

1: 9 Tbsp egg whites fried in scant Pam, three turkey sausage links
2: 9 Tbsp egg whites, 10 slices turkey pepperoni
3: 2 light string cheese sticks, 12 slices turkey pepperoni, .25 c blueberries if I can
4: 3.5 oz chicken breast, 2 LC French Onion cheese wedges, .25 c spinach
vltamins and fluids are on track
exercise: bike today
Breakfast - Harvest chicken salad
Lunch - roast chicken and mashed cauliflower
Dinner - beef stroganoff without sour cream
Snack - chicken broth with protein powder if needed to make protein numbers
Vitamins - done
Water 3 out of 6
Exercise - off to my recumbent bike... as soon as I'm done procrastinating (smile)

B: 2 hard cooked eggs, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese
S: 1 jalapeno mozzerella cheese stick
L: 3 oz chicken breast, a few string beans and mushrooms cooked with garlic and ginger
D: Going to a raw bar yay! Clams on the half shell for me lemon and hot sauce...not sure how many to order I think 6 is good
S: 1 cup Almond milk heated with nutmeg and cinnamon
Water: on track

B-premier vanilla protein with 2 frozen strawberries and 5 slices of banana mixed in.
S-yoplait lemon greek 100
3/4 c vanilla chex dry
L-1 slice provalone with 2 slices shaved black forest ham.
S-cheese slice
D-turkey sausage, corn.
W: 24 oz so far.
V: still out of multi's...I'm lazy and broke.
E: 1.5 mile walk later with doggies. Maybe a dance video... its my last day off of 6. I feel very lazy
