B: 1/2 cup oatmeal plain cooked with water/ Stevia
L: leftover salmon al fresca (grilled) from Brio restaurant
S: hard boiled egg and dannon greek light n fit yogurt
D: going to Applebees with friends-will check menu on line and choose before I get there
Water: 4/12 are in Vits are in Day of rest today. Had awesome high intensity workout last night
Hey Ms. Shell ... happy to see you here again!!! I have been trying me best to really think about what is going into my mouth. I was eating again out of habit lately. It didn't help that I went to many get together's this past weekend whether it was just to visit my sister or for a holiday dinner for Labor Day. I have to learn to just say no to the appetizer table & keep my mouth occupied with sugar free drinks. It's still a struggle for me. I woke up today telling myself (once again) that I am worth the hard work that it takes to be healthy & STAY healthy.
B: Iced Coffee, 1 hard boiled egg w/black pepper
L: baked chicken with a brush of BBQ sauce
S: iced coffee & 1 hour later a hard boiled egg
D: BBQ chicken over a bed of romaine (I need to eat it since I made it the night before last!)
Water & Vits ... on track
Exercise: walking on my morning break but it's too hot for later in the afternoon. I gotta remember to do some squats or something ... I need to just make it a habit!!!

I have gotten better with going to bed before 11pm. that is MAJOR for me (even though I just started this week, lol). I do believe some of this regain was caused by late nights & getting hungry for another meal cuz let's face it ... eating dinner at 6pm & still being awake 6 hours later ... well, some of us are bound to get hungry for another meal!!! Granted, I wasn't making the best choices either but still... Imma MAJOR work in progress but we are still workin' it so that's what counts ...

S: sargento colby jack RF string cheese and 6 turkey pepperoni slices
D: one (maybe just a half) TJ's chili lime burger with arugula salad and more zucchini casserole on the side
S: sugar free ice pop
Fluid: ok!
Vits: took 'em!
