I made a mistake by letting my sweet tooth get in the way this morning. I didn't really go "off track" but I put 4 splenda's in my Chike shake this morning & now that artificial sweetener after taste is buggin' the crap out of me. I couldn't finish my breakfast because of that ... what was I thinking?
B: Chike Shake but only 1/2 of it ... ended up eating a few tic tac's ... the fruit adventure flavor. As long as I don't feel the need to get "tic tac wasted" today & finish the entire little container, I will be good to go!!!
S: Not sure... I feel like it's one of those days where planning my meals is not going to work for me. TOM is here & ******g me off. I want crap but I plan to be good but this is causing me to be indecisive on what to eat... not sure if it will be cheese, yogurt, protein bar, veggies w/hummus or what ... EDIT ... I JUST INHALED AN ENTIRE QUEST PROTEIN BAR ... I hate being a slave to TOM!!!
L: I baked some yummy BBQ chicken so I plan to eat that!
S: not sure ... geez.
D: I took out some talapia for dinner. I really want to be good ... Lord help me!!!! I'm just having one of those days!!!

Exercise: I'll get in some walking at least!!!

S: ½ Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Greek Yogurt
L: ½ Barber Foods Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Florentine
S: ½ Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Greek Yogurt and ½ Banana
D: 2oz Salmon
S: Premier Chocolate Protein Shake and 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla

Exercise: 45 minutes strength training and cardio with personal trainer
B; 2 hard cooked eggs, 1 tbs low fat cream cheese, and sugar free relish all mixed together.
S: 1 jalapeno mozzerella stick
L: 3.3 oz grilled chicken breast, a few bites sauteed string beans and mushrooms
S: 1 Syntrax Chocolate Truffle protein shake (1 scoop with 12 oz water)
D: 3 oz roasted chicken thigh, shredded cabbage and onions steamed, a few shakes of hot sauce
S: 1 cup Almond Milk
Water: On track
Vits: done
