Need some help with portion control? I have the magic solution!

I learned not to make jokes in drs offices after my VSG - I went to urgent care and they paged my surgeon....I was in a lot of pain, but he made a joke so i responded with some witty answer or something and laughed a bit...he told me I wasnt really in pain if I could still be laughing. 

When I was really depressed and went to see my psychiatrist, he asked me how I was doing (you knw...just a formality haha) so I said I was doing really ****ty, and he looked stunned haha. I told him about the surgeon incident, and he thought it was funny, but i told him I couldnt laugh in case he thought I was faking my depression. He wasnt sure what to do with me :-p

You're taking me back to the LBL compression garment.  Serious restriction while in that thing.  I had a week where I was waking up with severe indigestion.  Finally realized that I had to unfasten the top two hooks and roll it down off of my stomach - it was just putting too much pressure on it.

Boo! on puking.  I hate puking.  Hope the epidural tomorrow gives you some relief.
