I do this too. I broil the cheese slightly so I don't miss the crispiness of the crust.

All of the flavor, none of the bread.  I like the broiling idea, too.

Do u use turkey pepperoni ??? I do it tastes really good and is way better and healthier than regular pepperoni
What I do is take the turkey pepperoni low fat mozzarella cheese mushrooms and layer them in the oven and eat that instead of making real pizza
It's low carb and a healthy snack

I use 1/2 a small (about 3-4 inches across) pita bread as the base for mine when Im in a pizza mood. The whole pita is about 90 calories, so it's about 45 for my "pizza base"

I also use the same pita as the "bun" if I feel like a burger and add a chicken or beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, cheese etc.

Note: This will be a higher carb option as its bread base, but I don't count carbs. Total calories are king on my plan.

I've done that before and it's really good, but I bake in the oven. Has anyone tried the cauliflower crust.
