Time flies when you're having fun!!

One year ago today I had my Band to Sleeve revision surgery.  It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.  I have gone from 233 to 159 and am working really hard to get to 145 (normal BMI).  Things have really slowed down and there are days where I get really down and think that I will never get there, but I press onward.  I would have never made it this far without the surgery and I would never have been able to run, yes RUN, 3 miles non-stop EVER if I had stayed the course that I was on.

Wishing all those having surgery today all the best and lots of prayers for a speedy recovery.

Congrats on your loss.   I think revisionists have to work harder to get the scale to move and you've done a great job at using your sleeve.
