doing the dance with you! I'm so proud of you!

I did not know about the stenosis diagnosis. YUCK! runs in my family. There are some newer and innovative therapies going now. Have you looked into them? Perhaps your ortho knows of some of these therapies.

I just posted on fear, shame, guilt, etc.... and how important knowing our own truth is on this journey. Clearly, you seek truth at every turn. You have faced so much and over come so many emotional obstacles along this journey you need to be celebrating!

I'm going to work out in your honor today! Love you lots!

Alison, that 60 days is gold.  I am so damn proud of you.  Remembering some of the things you've posted about going through, and now the pain you're experiencing ... what a terrific job you are doing of reining it in and taking better care of yourself in all aspects.

Glad you're taking medical leave. You need the time and the rest, I would think, in addition to the clearing of the mind to focus on the truly important job at hand, which is regaining your health.

Your posts are reflecting a definite change for the better.  For the people who care about you -- even if we've never met you IRL -- it's so wonderful to observe.  Happy for you, hon, and wanting all the best for you.

Good for you for taking care of yourself. I am so sorry that you have been suffering so much, but it sounds like you are turning the corner. Attitude is everything, but when one is in chronic pain, it is even more challenging. Sending positive thoughts your way!

Gratitude is a beautiful thing!  I'm so happy that you are experiencing it.

I really hope that the pain situation gets resolved for good while you are on medical leave.  Good luck with that!
