Well not sure where Jen and Ms. Shell are.... If I over looked it SORRY Haven't been on it a few weeks and I went to atleast page four LOL!

S- Fruit (berries) & Protein Shake
L-Hanover Tomato sandwich on a whole wheat thin round w/ light mayo, a few hummus chips
S-Greek yog, fruit, hummus chips and hummus
D-Chicken breast thin, w/ mush,onions,cherry tom.

Hey Jen!!! Ms. Shell is busy until August 5th so I wasn't taking over but I've been absent all weekend. I think ParisGirl posted on Friday though if I remember? Anyhow, it's all good. Thanks for starting the thread. Congrats once again on your normal BMI goal reached!
I had a great weekend but with some not so good choices. In the end, I know I need to just keep on pluggin' away when I can. Here's to a great week!!!
