Well not sure where Jen and Ms. Shell are.... If I over looked it SORRY Haven't been on it a few weeks and I went to atleast page four LOL!

Coffee 16 oz

B- 2 egg whites w/ slice sharp cheese, 3 maple turkey sag. links

S- Fruit (berries) & Protein Shake

L-Hanover Tomato sandwich on a whole wheat thin round w/ light mayo, a few hummus chips

S-Greek yog, fruit, hummus chips and hummus

D-Chicken breast thin, w/ mush,onions,cherry tom.

 

Ex-Gym 2 hours/classes

W-Always more

Vits-Got to remember to take:have been slacking on those lately :(

Hey Jen!!!  Ms. Shell is busy until August 5th so I wasn't taking over but I've been absent all weekend.  I think ParisGirl posted on Friday though if I remember?  Anyhow, it's all good.  Thanks for starting the thread.  Congrats once again on your normal BMI goal reached!

I had a great weekend but with some not so good choices.  In the end, I know I need to just keep on pluggin' away when I can.  Here's to a great week!!!

B: Just iced coffee w/SF Vanilla Creamer

S: Starbucks Passion Iced Tea (I know, not good I haven't eaten so far...)

L: Tuna Scoops on bed of romaine w/sliced tomatoes & jalapenos

S: Carbmaster Tropical Fruit Yogurt

D: leftover Carne Asada from the freezer.  I need to see what kind of veggies I have in the fridge

S: maybe SF popsicles or WW string cheese if I get hungry

Water & Vits are good so far ... I was bad for a few days

Exercise ... already have been walking so I plan to do more.

Hey Jenn...you could totally mix in some Syntrax Roadside Lemonade with the Passion Tea.  That would be soooo yum!

Was bad yesterday after being back on plan (lost 4lbs of regain-yea!) so no messing around today!

B: mint cookie shake
S: egg whites w/ peppers and slice of havarti
L: 2oz of chicken mixed into salad w/ lite balsamic dressing-ok there is also walnuts, feta and crasins in there-can't lie!
S: hoping none but if hungry will have turkey pepperoni crisps
D: leftover crockpot chicken dish
S: veggies and hummus

water: 50oz so far
vits: one more calcium
exercise: 40mins recumbent bike but I did a vigorous one this time

I'm pretty sure I did a post on Friday, but I'm getting old and senile.    If I don't see Shagdoll or Ms Shell post by 1pm EST I usually post, but the more the merrier I say!!!

I hit 60 lbs lost today.   YIPEE!!!  Lovin' my lil' sleevey!

L.... 2 oz TJ's Sundried Tomato chicken

S.... 2 oz TJ's Pesto chicken

Vitamin... Good! Changed my multi this week.  Going with TJ's chewable.  I couldn't choke down my Opurity multi's anymore.

Exercise .... Get in a 30-45 min swim tonight
