Wow, you look great! Not even the same person there! You may be surprised at how much of a difference that last 30 makes. I dropped more sizes with the last 40 then I did with the first 100. Great job!

You look wonderful! I have my surgery on Aug 5th and I am already preparing for plastics afterwards. My arms have always been bigger than the rest of my body. Keep up the good work and make sure you are using weights for your arms!
