Oh as some may call it "the day after" and MY day after, boy I did NOT want to wake up and come to work. The 15 minute drive in (normally 45) and the ultimate QUIET that I am experiencing...yeah it is worth it!!

Exercise: 3 miles treadmill

It is soooo quiet here today too! It's like a ghost town at the office.
B: Iced Chike protein shake made w/ 4 oz. lowfat milk, 2 tbsp. SF chocolate syrup, ice & water
S: 1 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, 5 baby carrots
L: hard boiled egg
S: 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese made w/ 2 diced fresh strawberries & SF caramel Al Fresco syrup, something light a little later too because I won't get to dinner until late tonight, probably will grab a Foodles (FYI http://www.crunchpak.com/disney/foodles/). I normally get the apples with cheese & grapes and yes, I occasionally eat my snack from a Mickey Mouse shaped container, don't hate.
D: Will probably grab a grilled chicken salad on the way home (wedding rehearsal after work)
S: ? Not sure, won't have dinner until later so might not have a snack.
Liquids: Good so far.
Vits: Will finish when I get home. Have to pick up another bottle of multivits too.
Exercise: Off day.

Tomorrow is my daughters grad party and I am making massive amounts of food. My plan is to stay 100% on plan despite the 130 cake pops my daughter Becky made today, Planning to eat meatballs and fruit salad.

S maybe a protein shake if protein too low
