Let's just say MY day started at 6am as I made sure the dog went potty and got dressed to make a 7am Kettlebells class.  NOW I want to do NOTHING to ruin all those lovely calories I just burned lol!!!  So my plans have been altered and that's a GREAT thing!!  I have a girlfriend flying in from Humbolt at 3 and then we're heading to another friends and she's gonna put some ribs on the barbie and asparagus!!  Good times, good friend, GREAT friends today will be priceless =)

B:  2 Quarts of Water; Coffee
S:  Avocado Chicken Salad on a bed of tomatoes
L:  Cilantro Chicken; Mashed Cauliflower
S:  ??
D:  Ribs & Asparagus

Water:  8/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exericse:  50 minutes Kettlebells Check

Today is going to be interesting.  I have a family party schedule later where I know the food is going to be fantastic.  I am not in weight loss mode, but it is ripe for overeating.  Normally I would take my own food if in weight loss mode.  This time, I think I am going to take a different strategy.  I am going to keep my calories as light as I can going into the party.  Once there do protein and veggies first, and allow one treat.  I will have to see how that works out.

B: (lunch nearly) 2 vegetarian sausage links.  

Before the party:  Make a juice of veggies mostly with a little apple and lemon.  

Party:  ?

I am walking to the inlaws for our pool party today for my excercise...

B:  Just my water! (8 cups)

L:  Turkey burger, grilled portobella, grilled eggplant

D:  most likely the other half of my lunch

S:  raw veggies and dip with some crackers and cheese at a pool party.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

We are going to a neighborhood party today, but I'll eat before we leave and skip the food at the party.  Maybe have a strawberry or a few blueberries, or cheese, if I'm tempted.

 

B:  salmon

L:  chicken salad

D:  mexicali chicken with sharp cheddar cheese

S:  chicken broth with protein powder if needed to bring protein level up

Happy 4th!!! Good day here. Morning with my nephew and the rest of the day by the pool with ParisBoy. Staying cool and active!

W&V ... Working on them

I rocked the shiznee today..you see we're home cleaning and getting the backyard in order for our big blowout bash for my sons graduation party on Saturday!!

B 1 1/2 scoops protein shake 4 oz water 4 oz milk

S: 4 Colby jack cubes

L: 2 turkey roll ups at 6pm..what can I say we were busy then I went swimming w/ my guys and took some sun

S: s.f. Pudding cup

D: don't know..maybe some chili maybe a cheeseburger patty...
not feeling anything though...

X: yard work and house cleaning
