Let's just say MY day started at 6am as I made sure the dog went potty and got dressed to make a 7am Kettlebells class. NOW I want to do NOTHING to ruin all those lovely calories I just burned lol!!! So my plans have been altered and that's a GREAT thing!! I have a girlfriend flying in from Humbolt at 3 and then we're heading to another friends and she's gonna put some ribs on the barbie and asparagus!! Good times, good friend, GREAT friends today will be priceless =)

Today is going to be interesting. I have a family party schedule later where I know the food is going to be fantastic. I am not in weight loss mode, but it is ripe for overeating. Normally I would take my own food if in weight loss mode. This time, I think I am going to take a different strategy. I am going to keep my calories as light as I can going into the party. Once there do protein and veggies first, and allow one treat. I will have to see how that works out.
B: (lunch nearly) 2 vegetarian sausage links.
Before the party: Make a juice of veggies mostly with a little apple and lemon.

We are going to a neighborhood party today, but I'll eat before we leave and skip the food at the party. Maybe have a strawberry or a few blueberries, or cheese, if I'm tempted.
