B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk & Protein powder)
S:  Coffee; 1/2 Atkins Bar
L:  Cilantro Lime Chicken; Mashed Cauliflower
S:  Either Egg Salad or Chicken Leg
D:  Avocado Chicken Salad; Sliced Tomatoes; Celery

Water:  4/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Kettlebells

Complicated recipe coming up. LOL!

 

 


Water sautéed 2 oz chopped onion ; added 8 oz 94% organic ground turkey to cook ; added 1/2 cup spag sauce (Rao's Marinara is my fave) to warm up.   Split into 3-4 servings.  Top with 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan.     Enjoy!!

B;  Sea Scallops

L:  Roasted Chicken, mashed cauliflower

D:  Salmon, pan fried cabbage

S:  Chicken Broth with Protein Powder, if needed to bring protein levels up

Water: 2 out of 6 - I better get moving!

Vitamins:  done

Exercise - the old faithful, 20 minutes on the recumbent bike

I don't need to post what I plan to eat today ... going a little off plan today but I am still watching calories.  I don't plan on eating a Tommy's chili cheeseburger & fries but what I plan to eat has a little sumthin' sumthin'...

S: Beef jerky 1.5 oz

D: Turkey Meatballs w/some type of veg

Yeah...I eat boring. I eat basically the same stuff daily except sometimes i eat an egg instead of sausage or string cheese instead of jerky. I have started eating Greek Yogurt again sometimes but I only seem to like the Yoplait vanilla greek yogurt.

I was telling a real good friend that I have read that many successful people who lose weight AND keep it off eat basically the same thing...so keep it up and thank you for sharing!!
