Wow, what a difference!
I have been hanging onto a pair of pants from high school that I wore at my lowest weight ever of 143. They are completely out of style and I'd never wear them, but like your dress, they have moved with me time after time since then. Congrats on fitting into that dress - I know what a huge mental victory that is!

Thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragement. I missed the window for 6 month pics, but I ma shooting for 7 mos. I will post. I have been reading my pre-surgery manual to remind myself of what I am doing and why. I have found it extremely helpful in my goals to follow the doctor's orders.
