B: 1 slice of my broccoli, canadian ham, and mozzarella cheese egg bake
L: leftover porkchop with some asparagus
S: organic popcorn
D: greek chicken burgers with a little baked sweet potato
S: skinny cow ice cream bar
Fluid: ok
X: abs and pumping iron with the hubby!

B....Protein shake: 1/4 c 1% cottage cheese, 3 strawberries, 1/2 Premiere Protein Chocolate - really good
L.... TJs Pesto Chicken and Veg
S.... Brought chicken, but not feeling very hungry
D.... Salmon and veg
S... Choc Truffle protein shake
W... Only 5 down....not sitting well today
V... working on it
X... Swimming
2 years out, 15 months at goal of 21.8 BMI
B: Soy Latte, 1 slice WW bread, 2 oz. 98% FF ham
L: Salad of romaine lettuce, cucumber, green onions, 1/3 C. corn kernels with light ranch dressing, topped with 2 oz. shredded chicken mixed with 1 T. BBQ sauce
D: appetizers and a ****tail. Will eat an ounce or two of chicken when I get home if the appetizers don't have enough protein.
S: 3/4 cup ff greek yogurt with 1.3 c. blueberries and splenda
