Not much of a plan today

B: Kashi honey toasted oats (no milk, 100 calories worth)

Forgot to eat lunch.

S: Fibergourment cinnamon crackers (70 calories, 12 g fiber, 4 grams protein)

D:  Chicken drumstick and lentil soup is what I think I am going to make for dinner if I don't get too lazy.  Not sure if I have enough veggie in the house for some salad, but I am hopeful.

S:  Juice veggies and fruit.  Probably a protein shake to boost the protein too.

Low on the calories today, but not a big deal overall.
