B: cojack cheese stick and 8 BH turkey pepperoni's
L: ordered in lunch today from a really good, fresh, expensive diner in soho lol I got a southwest turkey burger, sans bun, comes with pepperjack cheese and pico de gallo. I couldn't even eat half the burger! Saving the rest for tomorrow.
S: organic popcorn and an iced coffee later
D: going to be a late night because of my therapist appt and kickboxing...probably just a cold cut night

I had a rough morning, too, but for a different reason. Cats took my keys for a joy ride overnight. Took me 20 min to find them this morning. Rushed out the door without my protein shake!!!

I miss Popeye's so much. Especially the spicy chicken! There are couple in the neighborhood where I work, but I don't trust myself to go in there and not walk out with a biscuit... or 5 haha

exercise: OK I know some of you will probably laugh at this but I bought a shake weight. In terms of muscles, my legs are actually not as bad because of all the hiking, but my arms are just sad. I figure if I can use the shake weight to hopefully help slow the rate I'm losing muscle in my arms, then when (if ever) I get to a healthy weight I can start a more rigorous lifting program to build some muscle. Idk, all a girl can do is try :)
