I'm having a ROUGH morning and why you ask?? I went out after my kettlebells to celebrate one of my classmates 53rd birthday...smh...I only had 2 drinks but THEM drinks...I woke up early but thought I was running late, left my vitamins, didn't make my protein shake. Luckily I just saw I have a protein shake, BUT, of course I don't want it. I want a breakfast burrito because there MUST still be alcohol in my system, but shhhh I'm at work =) OK soooo one goal I have is I will NOT buy food as long as I have food so the burrito is NOT an option. So yeah here's today!!
B: Coffee; 1/2 Atkins Peanut Cluster
S: Chicken Salad; Celery
L: Shrimp & Broccoli
S: Protein Shake (Nectar Strawberry Kiwi w/SF Berry Limeade)
D: Popeyes (Drunk me bought 2 specials but decided to JUST eat one)
Water: 6/14
Vitamins: Yeah no
Exercise: 30-60 minutes on the treadmill

L: Carne Asada w/a little salad... just a dab of ranch w/salsa for dressing
S: another iced coffee & maybe a WW smoked string cheese (or 2, only 50 calories each)
D: I wish I could just settle for a Click shake ... I'm trying to watch it as always...

I have a wild hair up my yin-yang because I see all these successful peeps like you, ravenbrown, elina, & keith who are working out. I need to get my slug butt moving somehow some way!!!!
