L: I brought chicken but my BFF co-worker wants Fiesta Juice so I plan to eat my tuna salad on a bed of romaine, tomatoes w/jalapenos
S: another iced coffee & either kale chips or a carb master yogurt
D: some italian veggie soup or some bbq's meat that was in the freezer that I thawed today

S protein shake with carrots blended in, out of almond milk made with skim
L Turkey burger/mustard greens
S 1% cottage cheese with walnuts and SFfruit spread
D steak and beets, maybe a little salad
