B:  Protein Shake (1 1/2 cups Almond Milk; 1 scoop Protein)
S:  Roastaroma Tea; CarbMaster Yogurt
L:  Baked Shrimp w/brocooli

S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; SF Hawaiian Punch)
D:  Salmon; Sauteed Swiss Chard
S:  Boiled Egg

Water:  5/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  45 minutes Kettlebells

Good morning!!!

B: Iced Coffee (minus any squats, lol!)

S: 1 slice reduced fat havarti, 5 slices light salami

L: I brought chicken but my BFF co-worker wants Fiesta Juice so I plan to eat my tuna salad on a bed of romaine, tomatoes w/jalapenos

S: another iced coffee & either kale chips or a carb master yogurt

D: some italian veggie soup or some bbq's meat that was in the freezer that I thawed today 

Water ... I plan to drink at least 3 cups right now

Vits: on track

Exercise: I plan to walk today!

Yay...it's almost Friday, oh,no it's not lol!  That's ok, I need to be good all week again!

B:  6oz almond milk, 1.5 scoops protein, 2 T PB2

S:  Coffee, low fat 1/2 and 1/2, 1 splenda,

L:  1/2 of a stuffed zucchini I made for dinner last night (awesome!) and 2 small homemade meatballs with homemade sauce

S:  4 shrimp, 2 small scallops & 1/4 cup roasted brussel sprouts (leftovers from dinner Saturday)

D:  Chicken piccata and some kind of veg (probably salad)

W:  60 oz so far

V:  Done

X:  Took 1/2 hour walk at lunch time (damn it's stinkin hot in Jersey today lol!). Going to the gym right from work to do weights/cardio

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Exercise:  Resting today.  Trainer will work me out enough tomorrow.

Day off work, woo hoo,

B scrambled egg/peppers/mushrooms/swiss cheese

S protein shake with carrots blended in, out of almond milk made with skim

L Turkey burger/mustard greens

S 1% cottage cheese with walnuts and SFfruit spread

D steak and beets, maybe a little salad

Vites will get there, fluids aiming for 12, exercise gym, protein 96 carbs44
