I remember trying to dance with him and only being able to reach his chest.  :)  Trying to give him a kiss required a step ladder or pulling him down to my level.  :)  We worked things out and this would not have been the deal breaker, but it was amusing at times.  The Talmud says, " If your wife is short, bend down to listen to her".  :)

Welcome back Ms. Shell!

B:  1 egg, 1 slice lower sodium bacon, .5 oz baked gruyere cheese

L:  Probably a protein shake

S:  ??

D:  Grilling steaks and shrimp on the grill...I'll try a piece a steak (1st time since surgery) but if too tough, I'll stick with the shrimp. Salad

W:  Only 20 so far...had too much coffee this morning!

V:  Not yet...going to get them now

X:  Not sure.  Thinking about riding my bike. 

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

Glad you're feeling better, Ms. Shell:)  Do you have a recipe for the Chicken Curry?

B:  Vanilla Protein Shake with Fresh Strawberries

L;  Grilled Salmon

S:  Three Bean Salad

D:  Ricotta Bake

S:  Decaf Coffee and half  Quest Bar

Exercise:  50 minutes on riding my bike

Vitamins:  On track

Water:  I will finish out the day with 14 cups.

I do but I've made it so much I just know it.  You can use the curry powder or paste.

I saute some onions, chicken (or shrimp), add in curry powder/paste (to taste mine is SPICY), pour in 1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut milk and then add about 1/4-1/2 tsp fish sauce.

Today is my sons 25th birthday.

B-Eas french vanilla protein shake.
Was a bi****ery tasting to me.

S-5 small chunks of cantalope
L- 1/2 c ff refried beans with 2% cheese
S-10 cheez it crackers
D-sliced beef with green beans

W-24/64
V-yes
E- walking dogs later. Visiting with son now
