I am glad you are feeling better.

I am working on getting 2.5 pounds off right now, so I am extra careful with my food.

B: two eggs

L: homemade turkey chili

S: artichoke

D: Tilapia with asparagus in lemon sauce.

We are going out tonight, but I am sticking with club soda and lime until I am back to my fighting weight.

So, you can do club soda? I haven't touched carbonation of any kind in several months because the times I tried (accidently) it was pain-city. The soda and lime sounds like a good alternative to my usual vodka cranberry. Hmmm. I'm terrified to try it again. LOL

It doesn't bother me at all.  But...I am four years out.   I really don't feel it in the slightest and can have a beer if I want one.  (I don't really like bear, so not an issue, but I have no problem with it).   If I am going to drink, I ask for vodka, club soda and a splash of cranberry with a lime, or wine.

Yeah, wine has been my go-to as well. Good to know... one day I might get the courage to try it again. Until then, I'm still skerid :)
