I think I'm 100% better so I guess I'm BACK!!!  So I got sick last week, died over the weekend, went to the doctor on Monday and just now do I feel GOOD enough to workout so yeah I'm back!!

B:  Protein Shake ( 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk; 1 1/2 Scopes MAX Protein)
S:  Coffee; 1/2 Quest Apple Pie Protein/Fiber bar
L:  4oz Mahi Mahi; 4oz Mashed Cauliflower
S:  Carb Master Yogurt
S:  Protein Shake (Nectar Roadside Lemonade; Special K Pink Lemonade Protein/Fiber Water Mix)
D:  Fried Catfish; Salad

Water:  6/12
Vitamins:  Nope
Exercise:  45 minutes Kettlebells

Glad you are doing better!  Well it is time for me to seriously get on track and kick my weightloss into gear.  I go to the doctor later today for my 6 month check up.  I am so tired of eating out and want to cook some food!

B:  4oz cottage cheese

S:  cheese stick

L:  Tuna on a lettuce leaf

D:  KFC 6 piece chicken bites (one more night of vbs)

V:  forgot them at home so will take when I get off

W:  4/8  (better than normal, really trying to work on this)

Check the Yoplait yogurt stats. The last time that I checked, it had added sugar and other fillers. Might be the sugar causing your obsession with it.

Have you tried the Dannon LIght and Fit Blends? they're hard to find, but the lime one is better than the Yoplait version, and 20 less calories...
