I think I'm 100% better so I guess I'm BACK!!! So I got sick last week, died over the weekend, went to the doctor on Monday and just now do I feel GOOD enough to workout so yeah I'm back!!

Glad you are doing better! Well it is time for me to seriously get on track and kick my weightloss into gear. I go to the doctor later today for my 6 month check up. I am so tired of eating out and want to cook some food!

Have you tried the Dannon LIght and Fit Blends? they're hard to find, but the lime one is better than the Yoplait version, and 20 less calories...
