In terms of height, you can get shorter when you lose weight (weird, I know!). When I was able to lose 70lbs many years ago, I did get shorter by an inch. My doctors charts originally had me at 5'7'" and now I am 5'6" (well... 5'5.5" but thats loss of .5 of an inch is because I have some degenerative spinal issues thanks to my weight). Someone explained to me that losing some height could be because you aren't as swollen in your joints or that there isn't the fatty tissue there either. Not sure the validity of that, but I have known a few people to lose some height after losing a large amount of weight.
