My head is starting to swim a bit!  Not sure what to do with myself.  I have everything caught up at work so I can be gone semi-stress free.  I have been doing good on my full liquid diet for the past two days.

Any advice on making it through the day and evening!

1. Sign up for MyFitnessPal if you haven't already and play around with it.  You'll want to log every bite after the surgery!

2. Pack your bag - all I really needed was a pillow from home, chap stick and my CPAP machine.

3. Review your post-op instructions if you have them already.

4. Take a nice long bath!

5. Read a book to get your mind off of tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the first day of your new life - welcome!

I couldn't sleep the night before my surgery. I packed my bag, read a book and played on the computer. Then I went ahead to the hospital, I work there so I went around and visited everybody. Good luck! I know you will do fine. Congratulations!

Goodluck - you will be fine - I would take a nice long hot bath - I missing that right now since not allowed to soak in tub for two weeks after surgery - lol
