PHO is THE BOMB. Couldn't live without it, and I'm fortunate to be exposed to a ton of delicious varieties here in the Bay Area. Don't forget the ginger and the star anise in your homemade versions! Yum.
Hey Allison....for making Pho at home pacific naturals makes a Pho broth in the box. I have found it at the natural foods section. Its yummy and has some of the ginger and garlic flavor included in the authentic pho broth.
