I'm babysitting my 16 mo old grandson today!! Fun!!
B: BA vanilla protein, 2 T PB2, 6 oz almond milk
L: 1/2 chocolate peanut butter protein bar (forgot to eat! Ate it while walking in the park lol)
D: 2.5 oz of cod grilled in a foil packet (with lemon juice/zest, evoo, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, basil and capers), asparagus grilled in garlic, evoo, salt & pepper. Bought crab cakes, but there was a bit too much breading in it, so I only had a small taste.
S: Gonna have to get some more protein in somehow!
Vits: Done! (Only have to take B-12's 2 x per week from now on yay)
W: About 65 oz so far (need to step it up!)
X: Walked for 2.9 miles in the park with hubby, baby & doggy. Getting ready to take a nice long walk up to the water ice stand (for hubby & baby, not me lol).
