Glad you're feeling better!

B:  Vanilla BA protein, 6 oz almond milk, PB2, less than 1/4 C blueberries; 1.5 C coffee, 1 splenda, 1T low fat 1/2 and 1/2

L:  1/2 Clif Builder Chocolate Chip bar

S:  Brought in left over shrimp with tomatoes and broccoli rabe, but didn't want it for lunch.  Either I'll have the shrimp or other 1/2 of Clif bar

D:  Have a pork roast in the crock pot.  Will roast some squash and zucchini to go with.

V:  All except b12

W:  50 so far

X:  Probably Zumba class

Glad to hear you are feeling better Ms. Shell!!

I woke up pissy because I didn't have time to brew my coffee last night.  I came home at 9pm to see my house had no electricity.  Edison told me the power had been out for 3 hours ... WTF?!?!  So we all took showers in the dark with a few candles lit.  Power was back on at 10:30pm but it totally set me back on everything.  So ... I was sad to drive to work today with no morning iced coffee.  My older sister is taking care of my daughter today & offered to make me an iced coffee to drink on the way to work.  I love you Suzanne!!!  She was my saving grace!!!

B: Starbucks VIA iced coffee ... I let her make it the way she makes her own.  I saw her put both FF half & half & regular half & half in it.  Damn, it was good!!!!

S: maybe some Vampire Killer Kale Chips or 1/2 of a Quest Cookie Dough Bar

L: Baby Shower lunch ... sandwiches & salad.  I plan to take the deli meat out of the sandwich and eat it with the salad.  Wish me luck!  I gotta resist the cake ... I hope it's not Costco cake ... PLEASE!

S: 2 ounces of carne asada since I'm low on protein so far

D: maybe more carne ... I cannot let these yummy leftovers go to waste that someone special BBQ'd for me!

Water & Vits ... I need to drink more water & less coffee because I have been obsessed lately!  Vits are good!

Exercise: walking I hope but am looking forward to my cuddling session with my son Sebastian & daughter Isabella.  We are gonna watch "OZ" & snuggle on the sofa.  I cannot wait ... my babies!!!!

I am at the high end of my weight right now and I can't make up my mind if this is muscle weight or if I am kidding myself.  The truth is that during the Summer months I go out a lot more than usual and weekends are a blur or activity and social outings.  In other words, my food during Summer is not as well controlled as usual.  So.... new strategy.  I am eating super clean during the weekdays and letting myself have more flexability on during the weekends.  I am not planning on going crazy or eating everything in sight.  I still follow the sleeve rules on the weekend, but I do allow myself to be more relaxed.

B: turkey chili

S: two eggs

L: soup

S: veggie salad

D: more soup  ( I love this version of Alan's soup, it's has curry and other great spices)

That should do it.

B: Pomegranate juice

S: Quest bar, a couple Sun Chips

L: Chike iced coffee shake made w/ unsweetened vanilla almond milk, chocolate soy slender, SF caramel Al Fresco syrup and water

S: Starkist tuna creations packet in the sweet and spicy flavor

D: Not sure yet. I'm thinking lemon garlic chicken breast with fresh tomato slices on the side

S: Bing cherries

Liquids: Good so far. 

Vits: Half out. Might not be able to pick them up until tomorrow. 

Exercise: Was diagnosed with shin splints yesterday (very freakin painful btw!). Doc wants to me lay off on the workouts for a little while and I'm getting a compression sleeve on Saturday. Hopefully with the calf sleeve I'll be able to do some light cardio so I don't get out of my routine too much.

L: albacore tuna mixed with dill and light mayo and 8 crackers.
D: probably chicken. Something fast. Have to watch San Antonio play

W-20/64-slow going. Working out of town. My stuff didnt come with me.
E: walk dogs after game.
