B:  1 Scrambled Egg with Onions, Bell Peppers, Spinach & Cheese

S:  ½ Dannon Light and Fit Blueberry Greek Yogurt

L:  Barber Foods - ½ Chicken Breast Stuffed with Mushroom & Swiss

S:  Premier Chocolate Protein Shake

D:  Tuna Mix - Tuna, Spinach & Cabbage

S:  Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

 

Water:  4 glasses so far

Vitamins:  Check

Exercise:  Will do 30 mins on the treadmill after work.

B.... 1/2 Premiere Protein with Tall Iced Decaf Skinny Mocha

S.... 2 oz lean ground turkey

L.... 2 oz Chicken & String beans

D.... Ditto above... eating while driving to support group tonight

S.... Protein shake

Vits....working on 'em

Water... 40 down, at least 40 to go

X....Feeling like poop this week.  Changing/decreasing meds and I'm all messed up!

Wow, Ms. Shell, you must be feeling better because you are up and at 'em bright and early for west coast time! 

I saw Pippin last night on Broadway and it was PHENOMENAL!  If you're in NYC this summer, go see it!  I recommend my favorite Italian restaurant in the theather district, Becco, for dinner :)

B: slice of whole wheat toast with 2 tbsp peanut butter

L: leftover pulled pork from my dinner last night

S: organic popcorn

D: probably lightened up chicken marsala that I make myself!

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: gotta get my water!

X: running on the treadmill tonight

S:  chicken broth with protein powder (if needed to bring protein up)

water:  3 out of 8 (always a struggle!)

vitamins:  yes

Exercise:  20 minutes on Recumbent bike
