Just feel like sharing my NSV
I went for a walk tonight with my youngest daughter. Only this time, I picked up the pace and started jogging with her, then before I knew it, I was pretty much running along side her, (She is a healthy, active 16 year old) and I was keeping up. This time last year, I could not even walk one lap around the track without getting winded or my joints causing me such pain that I would stop. I am a happy lady tonight indeed. *sigh* Goodnight everyone.
This is wonderful. You must feel so happy to be so mobile. You are an inspiration.
best wishes,
Carol

What a great NSV - truly special. The first time I lost this much weight (Ideal Protein) I took a trip to visit my daughter in Puerto Rico (she's in the Coast Guard). We hiked all over the place, including through the rain forest, where we played in a waterfall! Those memories will last a lifetime, even though the weight loss didn't.
Now I am planning a 10-day visit to the Seattle area for October. Hopefully this time, I will be near goal, and we'll have all sorts of new adventures together.
Drink it up, bhern! And keep on rocking your sleeve!
