B: turkey pepperoni and cheddar cheese stick
L: leftover turkey chili

D: going out to see Pippin tonight on Broadway so eating out at our favorite Italian restaurant. I'm thinking stuffed peppers might be in order (there's no rice in them!)
S: probably a glass of wine at dinner

B: Unsweetened almond coconut milk/chocolate splendor protein shake- starbucks decaf via made at home with sf creamer. 1 boiled egg, turkey pepperoni…all spaced out over my morning.
S: peppers and ranch dip made with greek yogurt
L: salad with chunks of chicken, mozzarella, and strawberries
D: Probably a tilapia filet
S: Unjury chicken soup protein
Water- 7 cups already- aiming for 11-12
Vitamins- DONE
Exercise- Probably none other then taking my son to the park. Will be walking all of Kings Dominion on Friday for my "Used to be too fat to ride the rides" trip

S: 1/2 of this protein shake: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup water, 1 scoop Unjury choc splendor, 1 scoop Unjury vanilla
L: 1/4 c refried beans with 1 wedge light Laughing Cow
S: other 1/2 protein shake
D: more cottage cheese bake - yay
water: off to a slow start
vitamins: working on it
exercise: 15 minutes on the treadmill - more if my foot can take it

L: 3 oz pesto turkey burger over 1 C romaine lettuce and 1 T light parmesan peppercorn dressing
S: 1/2 C 2% greek yogurt, 1 scoop BA vanilla protein
D: ?? Not organized today!
