D: 1/2 cheese stuffed manicotti shell + 1/2 slice garlic bread
Exercise: mowed lawn in 90 degree heat this morning....4 mile run scheduled for tonight :)
lWater: bout 50oz right now but I a,ready have my liter bottle filled to finish before the run tonight!
hubby just came home from his sleeve surgery today...
