B: leftover carne asada from Sunday's BBQ, yum!!
S: iced coffee & a few pork rinds
L: Chicken Salad
S: Quest Bar (becuz I know my sweet tooth will kick in)
D: more leftovers tonight ... probably more chicken (bawk, bawk!)
Water & Vits ... hum, I gotta drink more plain water & yes to the vits
Exercise: walking on 2 20 minute breaks

Good morning. Nursing a major headache right now. I'm counting down the minutes to lunch so I can run out and get some Tylenol.
B.... 1 oz chicken and string beans
L.... Leftover Longhorn salmon, tbsp plain sweet potato, green beans
S... 1 oz chicken /cheese stick... may ditch the cheese if the headache continues
D..... 2 oz pork tenderloin and zuchinni
S... Syntrax Choc. Truffle with Almond Milk
Vits...working on 'em
W....48 down, at least 32 to go
X.... Nope. So tired lately... didn't wake up 'til 7am. YIKES!

B: Chike iced coffee protein shake w/ unsweetened vanilla almond milk, chocolate soy slender milk and water
S: Quest PB& J bar
L: Sausage, kale and lentil soup with oyster crackers from a local cafe (freakin' yummo x10!)
S: another Chike shake prepared the same way as before
D: ? Not sure, have had a weak tummy lately so I'm sticking to mostly soups, shakes and bars for a couple days
S: Maybe a warm Click shake, it's cold, rainy and gross here

Exercise: Maybe, we'll see how I feel after work. Have had a wicked upset stomach.

HF (Healthy Fats) - Almonds, Avocado, maybe some guacamole, when I take my vits some flax seed oil and fish oil
W - Slow but getting there

L: 1/4 cup taco meat, 1 C romaine lettuce, 1 T parm peppercorn dressing
S: 1/2 C Fage 2%, 1 scoop BA vanilla protein
D: Turkey burger (no bun), salad
W: 60 oz so far
V: Done (except I ran out of B12...have to order)
X: Going to gym...either doing Piloxing class or weight machines tonight, not sure
