First off Happy Bday and many

Second... you are HALF the woman you used to be! YOU did that! No one else! A total stranger didn't show up in the night and steal half your body... YOU did the hard work for it! YOU LOST OVER HALF YOURSELF!

No number on the scale today can take that away from you today! You got this far, so you are a fighter. "Losers" don't lose half their body and keep in touch with people and post... they simply hide away and pretend.

You are beautiful and awesome. You have worked hard. You WILL get to where you want to be because you are a fighter!

NEVER FORGET THAT!!!!

Happy Birthday and re-birthday my friend.  I can't say it any better than everyone else, you are a success story. That 420 woman doesn't exist anymore except in your memory. You have come a long way, and you are right, this journey is not easy. We all have speed bumps on this road, and I, for one appreciate you sharing yours. It helps those of us who are younger in our journeys to get a reality check when we hit a bump in the road. Some bumps are just bigger than others, and yes, yours have been big. But enough of the downer stuff... LOVE the photos of you out having fun!!! I just wish I could have been there when you put on the skates and hit the ice. Oh, and I totally get it about the birthday cake, happened to me this year, so, here is a no calorie version Make a wish...

Happy Birthday Alison!, Happy re birth day, and you are such a source of inspiration to me. I already feel the struggle in reining in my demons as they relate to using food....and this isn't easy. Thanks for being real and true, yet be so proud of yourself for not staying down girl! That is the true measure, you will always get back up and take more steps forward...I cannot wait to meet you at the conference, cause girl you're a hero to me! You look awesome, and you roc****ep grabbing life, keep choosing  to get out there and live , and enjoy. You deserve to be happy and feel proud....perfection is a myth that hurts us and keeps us from enjoying very real and amazing success!,,

hugs,

Christina

Alison- You are SO AWESOME, KNOW THAT! Happy Birthday and CONGRATS on your 2 year anniversary. You have made huge accomplishments and there is nothing wrong with realizing that this is a journey. Everyone makes mistakes but the important thing is that you take control of the situation. Life is ****ty sometimes, you revert back to what you know...but look at what awesome skinny ***** Alison is now! A healthy vibrant young woman, kicking asses everywhere. I won't say don't be down in the dumps because life is hard sometimes, been there, but try to remember how awesome you are....not just because some strangers on OH tell you so (although my opinion really does count), but because it is true!

Rock on girl!
