L: 1/2 cup home made chili w/ pinch of shredded cheddar

S: body tech choc protein shake scoop and half made w/ water

D: IDK...if we go out probably tuna melt w/no bread or soup

B: deviled eggs

Snack:  Chicken broth with protein powder

L: chicken salad

snack:  jello with protein powder

Dinner:  Ground turkey and Cabbage casserole

 

Water: Always a struggle - usually get 40 oz.

Vitamins:  yes

Exercise 15 to 20 on recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Its Friday...yay!!! I haven't slept more than a few hours in 4 days. Ugh!!!
B: premier protein shake
L: 1c left over homemade stir fry.
S: healthy choice fudgecicle-100 cal and very yummy.
D: more left over stir fry or? ??

W-very slow
V-yes except for multivitamins.
E-I'm not sure yet.

Happy Friday !! I have never posted what i eat so this is a first for me :)

B : Premier Choc Shake

S: Hard Boiled Egg

L: Chicken with homemade roasted red peppers - so yummy

S : String cheese

Struggling today. I'm not hungry and not thristy. Trying to get in at least a minimum of calories and some water.

B - nothing
L - cottage cheese
D - chicken fajita salad
S - I dunno, I'll find something, an egg sounds good.

Blech.

Water - 5 so far
Vitamins are fine though!
