S:  Coffee; Atkins Caramel Peanut Cluster
L:  Chicken Salad
S:  Protein mixed with Special K fiber drink mix
D:  Chicken Salad or if I have a date Fried Fish

Water:  6/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Treadmill 60 minutes

Happy (rainy) Friday from NYC!  I've had a headache for three days thanks to this crummy weather and I'm guessing allergies.  UGH.

B: egg white omelet with broccoli and cheddar cheese

L: cortez cobb salad leftovers

S: organic popcorn

D: going out to dinner tonight for Italian, not sure what I'll be getting but something light for sure.

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: ok

Vits: need to buy them!

X: a run later

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

I'm having another *fowl* day. 

B...2 oz chicken, 4 oz protein shake

L...2 oz chicken

S...1 oz chicken, cheese stick

D...Turkey burger

S...Protein shake

Water...56 down, 32 to go...

Vits...working on them

Exer...No...I'm having such a difficult time getting up in the morning. I'm off to see my NUT.   I'm getting released to the final food stage.  YEEHAW!

Yay!  I've been waiting to see this post today...cause it's FRIDAY!!

B:  BA vanilla protein, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 T PB2

L:  1 boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast (2.5 oz), romaine lettuce, cucumber and 1 T of light parmesan peppercorn dressing

S:  2nd 1/s of clif bar I didn't finish yesterday

D:  Date night...whoot whoot!  Not sure what I'll eat, but probably fish!

V:  Done

W:  50 oz so far

X:  Light cardio/weights at gym tonight!
