B: BA vanilla protein, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 T PB2, 4 medium strawberries; 12 oz coffee, 1 splenda, 1 T reduced fat 1/2 and 1/2
L: 2.5 oz albacore tuna, 1 C romaine lettuce, 1 jumbo black olive, 1 slice cucumber, 1 T light done right parmesan peppercorn dressing
S: 1/2 C fage 0% greek yogurt, 1 scoop chocolate BA protein
D: some home made meatballs (no carb) and some kind of veg.
V: Done
W: 50 so far
X: Aqua Zumba!

B: hard boiled egg, finn crisp cracker, and a few cherries
L: organic chicken burger with pepper jack cheese...I did have a few bites of fries :\
S: possibly more cherries or organic popcorn
D: I think I'll have leftover chicken roll up since the boys are having burgers tonight and I already ate a burger today.

Eek, I'm pooped today.
B: Chike shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
S: Quest apple pie bar
L: Chinese buffet- had a garden salad w/ lite dressing, 4 garlic green beans, 3 pineapple tidbits, 3 mandarin orange wedges, a tbls. of chop suey and a 1/4 cup of cookies and cream ice cream w/ a 1 inch slice of coconut cake. (Okay, that sounds terrible.)
S: I'm full from lunch still
D: Grilled chicken salad dressed with vinegar and olive oil, fresh bing cherries on the side (yummmmmmo!)
S: I have some strawberries I need to use up.
Liquids: Good.
Vits: Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Maybe, maybe not. I'm exhausted so we'll see if I muster the energy u*****t.
Well I seemed to have dropped the weight I gained over the weekend, so I am happy about that. I have to lose a little over 2lbs before Friday morning.
