Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!

B: Chike iced coffee shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk
S: Apple slices and bing cherries
L: Quest peanut butter and jelly protein bar
S: 3/4 c. lentil soup
D: Chicken sausage and a garden salad dressed with olive oil and vinegar
S: I have a long study session planned for tonight and I know I'll be snacking. I've prepared myself with cucumber slices, strawberries, bing cherries, carrot sticks and lots and lots of coffee. (LSATs on Monday!)
Liquids: Plugging away.
Vits: Will finish when I get out of work.
Exercise: Only exercising my brain until I take this test on Monday.
B- PB & J Greek Yogurt (Made with PB2 and Sugar Free Jam)
S- Small Iced Skim Latte- unsweetened (I like this now! Who knew? If the quality of the coffee is good enough you don't need sugar..want to see if I can get used to just really good blac****d coffee)
L- Ham and a Couple of Light Baby Bells (probably only needed to eat one...better next time)
S- Left over PB & J Yogurt and 1/4 cup of Roasted Chick Peas
S- Possibly another serving of roasted chick peas? protein shake? Who knows..along those lines
D- Thai out with ma- Probably Tofu Basil and vegetables
E- Work out with trainer and walked part of the way home from trainer (3 milesish)
W- Hit my min for the day- will probably go over by at least a couple cups
V- Calcium in-everything else eh
