E - wrapping up some work, hitting gym for chest and lats in about 30 mins then running later this evening before we watch the Heat crush the Spurs in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

B: 1.5 scoops BA Vanilla protein, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk,
L: 2.5 oz albacore tuna, 1 T light parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing, 1/2 C lettuce, 1.5 slice cucumber
S: 1/2 Clif chocolate mint protein bar (yum...but no way would I eat a whole one...carbs/cals too high!)
D: Not sure yet....hubby's b-day, so thinking maybe we can go and get something to eat.
W: 50 oz so far
V: Done
X: Depends on if I go out to dinner...if yes, either walk or treadmill; if not, Zumba
