I've been eating a lot of crap lately. Hot dogs, french fries. Holy moly. I've got to rein it back in.

Yay, Thursday!

B:  1.5 scoops BA Vanilla protein, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk,

L:  2.5 oz albacore tuna, 1 T light parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing, 1/2 C lettuce, 1.5 slice cucumber

S:  1/2 Clif chocolate mint protein bar (yum...but no way would I eat a whole one...carbs/cals too high!)

D:  Not sure yet....hubby's b-day, so thinking maybe we can go and get something to eat.

W:  50 oz so far

V:  Done

X:  Depends on if I go out to dinner...if yes, either walk or treadmill; if not, Zumba

Actually, no.  I go to my gym.  I wish I did, though, for the days that I can't make my classes!
