S: String Cheese & a handful of hard pretzels indecision

L: Carne Asada, jack cheese, cilantro

S: maybe some Nacho Kale Chips (but seriously, I was hoping I could get into this kale chip thing but not really feelin' it now) so I might just have a Quest Bar if my sweet tooth kicks in.

D: Not sure ... maybe chicken but we'll see

Water & Vits need to be better today.  I forgot my mutli yesterday & didnt drink enough ... water that is 'cause I drank plenty of other stuff!!!

Are you making the kale chips yourself or buying them? I did not like any that I bought, had given up on them, but got some in an organics box from my organic buying club and decided to give it one last shot. I really liked the ones I made. Another thing I like to do is get some fresh brussels sprounts, cut the ends off and separate a bunch of leaves coat with olive oil and roast with some garlic salt. Those are good even if you don't like brussels sprouts.

B: hard boiled egg and a finn crisp cracker

L: Cortez Cobb salad with spa tex mex ranch salad dressing from Chop't

S: organic popcorn altho my sweet tooth is calling...

D: so mom is cooking pork cutlets and spaghetti for dinner...*sigh*, thanks mom for cooking my most FAVORITE meal pre-op.  I asked her to make a salad so I will have one pork cutlet, NO SPAGHETTI, and a little salad. 

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: ok

X: possibly a run later.
