Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
I am very focused on protein today. I did some research on what my real target should be based on working out and exercising this much and turns out I need to be around 160g of protein a day. I upped my daily calorie target to 1000 cals/day while keeping my carbs at 40 or less and fats at 25-35g.
B - Chocolate Protein Shake w/Instant Coffee and 2 scoops of protein powder.
S - 2oz of virginia ham
L - 2 eggs scrambled with 2 oz of smoked sausage
S - Quest Protein Bar (need the fiber)
D - Steak and Salad
S - Protein Shake
W - Killing it today
V - As soon as my lunch makes it through
E - Chest tonight and a run tonight as soon as I take a nap
