Hey folks!! So I'm doing really really good and as par the course I am going out of town to San Diego for a Half Marathon. So I have to dig deep and figure out an eating plan. I'm sure I'll be dead on Sunday after the race so that's good lol!! Anyway say extra prayers for me on Sunday =)

S: 2 Cups Coffee; Atkins Peanut Cluster w/peanut butter
L: Pork w/Mashed cauliflower
S: Egg Salad
D: Burger Patty w/sauteed spinach
Water: 12/16

Exercise: Nope
B - Premier Shake
S - 100 cal Yoplait GY
L - Chicken meatballs & salad
S - Premier Protein Bar
D - Chicken of some type & ??
W - on track
X - 30 min upper body and 30 mins cardio.
V - need to work on

Exercise: Gym tonight after dinner, which is good because I wasn't able to make it yesterday when I was supposed to
