Hey folks!! So I'm doing really really good and as par the course I am going out of town to San Diego for a Half Marathon.  So I have to dig deep and figure out an eating plan.  I'm sure I'll be dead on Sunday after the race so that's good lol!!  Anyway say extra prayers for me on Sunday =)

B:  Premier Vanilla Protein
S:  2 Cups Coffee; Atkins Peanut Cluster w/peanut butter
L:  Pork w/Mashed cauliflower
S:  Egg Salad
D:  Burger Patty w/sauteed spinach
 

Water:  12/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Nope

S: Chobani plain w/ 2 fresh strawberries and SF vanilla Torani

L: Lentil soup

S: Quest bar

D: Going out. Will have a grilled chicken salad of some kind w/ balsamic dressing. 

S: Cottage cheese prepared like the GY from this morning

Liquids: Good

Vits: Done

Exercise: Gym tonight after dinner, which is good because I wasn't able to make it yesterday when I was supposed to

S fresh mozz balls cut up with chick peas and a little bit of roasted red peppers in a tad balsamic dressing

L chicken marsala from Trader Joes

S:  Isopure Zero Carb - Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder with 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk

D: having a work function tonight, not sure what foods will be there but I've got plenty of stuff at home if it doesn't work out.  I'm sure there will be at least a crudite platter
