I love liverwurst !!!  -with mayo and white bread.  Not that I've had that since my surgery, but I just might have to.  Food memories...I can see it.  I can taste it :)

Luckily my love of crap that I USED to spread on bread or crackers I can still just eat with a spoon lol.  When I'm feeling fancy I'm mix liverwurst and mayo and smear it on tomatoes =)

Wow, haven't had liverwurst in a while, but love it (mustard, not mayo for me though!)

B:  6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 scoops chocolate BA, 2 T PB2; 8 oz coffee, 1 splenda and 1 T 1/2 and 1/2

L:  1/2 C chicken salad, 1/2 cup romaine lettuce

S:  1/2 C plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla BA

D:  Made egg bites (6 eggs, 1/4 c almond milk, 1/4 cup red fat mexican cheese, 2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup onion, 3 slices low sodium bacon...made 12 muffins).

X:  Aqua Zumba (love)

W:  95 oz so far

V:  Done
