I have seen several of you talk about chicken sausage & I believe someone said you can get it at Wal-Mart. Is there a certain brand & what do you normally eat with it, especially if you were going to feed your whole family? Thanks!

There are two kinds, bayou bistro and johnsonville chicken sausage. I usually find it at walmart around the hot dogs. I slice up one link and add it to a stir fry for dinner or a scrambled egg for breakfast. hope this helps

I like the Thin 'n Trim and Al Fresco brands...  Thin 'n Trim is lower in calories...like 80 cal.  YUM!  And they are fully cooked.

Yes, I started this weekend. Everything has been tolerated really well! I am so ready for some meat. I didn't want to wear myself out on tuna. Tomorrow I am going to make a creamy parmesan broiled tilapia. I am ready for some variety and flavor! I'm going into my 5th week. 3-4 wks were pureed.

The Applegate Farms Italian Chicken sausage I serve my family with pasta and sauce- and just sausage for me;)  Costco has Bistro Gourmet Roasted Pepper and Spinach chicken sausage that is great grilled on a hot dog bun (for them)....also chunked and mixed with eggs, or chunked and mixed into the ricotta bake.

I buy Savory Kitchen brand at Sam's.  I like the Italian style with Mozzarella.  I slice one link up, heat it and sprinkle a little parmesan on it.  That's my lunch pretty regularly...Enjoy!
