B: Chike coffee iced protein shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, water and SF vanilla syrup
S: Quest bar
L: almonds, Starkist tuna creations packet in the sweet and spicy flavor
S: hopefully a light caramel frappuccino if I can make it into Starbucks
D: Not sure. I'm thinking chicken sausage sauteed in veggie broth with green peppers and onion with a garden salad
S: GY with fresh strawberries and SF vanilla syrup
Liquids: So far so good.
Vits: Done.
Exercise: Off today, workouts this week for me are Wed-Fri

B: 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 chocolate BA powder, 2 T of PB2; 8 oz of coffee, 1 splenda and 1 T of 1/2 and 1/2
L: 1/2 C of chicken salad, 1 C of romaine lettuce
S: 1/2 slice of reduced fat sargento provoline cheese, 2 oz low sodium boars head turkey, 1/2 C of romaine
D: Some kind of chicken! Not sure yet
V: Done
W: about 50 oz so far
X: Not sure...either piloxing or cardio/weights (hiked 9 miles yesterday, biked over 3 miles on Sunday and worked out Fri & Sat...think I need to do the weights today)
B: Quest Choco chip cookie dough bar (had to rush)
L: Grilled salmon & green beans
D: going out for Thai with friends...thinking Tom yum soup or chicken satay with small amount of sauce (ideas?)
