Hi there Ms. Shell. I'll be going to Church's Chicken for my special today since I don't have a Popeye's near by. Love it!

S: chicken leg w/ some vampire kale chips
D: another chicken thigh w/a few more vampire kale chips & maybe a SF Popsicle in the evening

Im 1 week preop so I am going to start posting along with you all to get ideas for post op!

 

B: Body Fortress Vanilla Creme protein powder with FF milk

S: coffee with Trader Joes Fat Free Vanilla creamer (need to cut this out. I will start tomorrow after I saw the calories today)

L: Sprouts Farmers Market Chocolate protein power with Lucern Protein Plus FF milk. Added 2 tsp of unflavored whey isolate

S: Robeks green juice. Havent decided which one yet.

D: Body Fortress Vanilla Creme protein powder with FF milk

S: undecided. I honestly want frozen greek yogurt. I need to buy some plain yogurt and freeze it so if I do want "ice cream" its healthy.

MDW was a disaster eating-wise for me.  I'm back on track and I need to be more dedicated than ever.  I found myself closing in on a candy dish in someone's office and I said "NO, NO CANDY FOR YOU DANIELLE!" and walked away with my head held high :)

B: one boiled egg, one finn crisp cracker

L: crock pot skinnytaste carnitas with a little rice and some black beans

S: organic popcorn

D: leftover crockpot salsa verde chicken tacos with perhaps more beans

S: SF popsicle

Fluid: need more!

Vits: sick of them but taking them
